Excellent from start to finish. Cozy little bistro serving excellent grilled meats and Mediterranean sides. The lamb chops were tasty, tender and flavorful especially when paired with the smoky velvety babaganoush. The chicken shawarma wrap was also a hit as was the succulent salmon.
Almost as good as the best Mediterranean food I had back East (Camel's Hump, Rehoboth, DE, closed down when the owner retired). I had Lamb Loin Chops and tabouleh. Both were really good. My friend had a Mediterranean salad. It looked good too. More was ordered to take home to my friend's brother. Definitely worth it.
Good spot for kabobs. The food is good. Simple interior. They also have a small side patio for outdoor seating. Good service. There's a small parking lot in front but it fills up fast. There's also street meters up and down the block.
I enjoyed the food, and the staff was excellent! We had ground sirloin and chicken, and both were great, very fresh, and had many options at affordable prices. Parking lots are pretty small, but lunchtime wasn’t that crowded, so that we could park. I give 4stars because the wait time is a little long.
Truly incredible food. The falafel is home-cooked perfection and the hummus & toum are both divine. I promise you won't regret giving this place a try
Maybe this place is good in person but our delivery today was really off. The chicken and rice were great. But everything else was not. The dolmas were frozen for some reason and inedible, which was a total let down. For some reason we got more garlic paste than hummus, and the hummus barely covered the bottom of the to-go side-dish tray (in pic it’s already eaten a bit but you can see on the sides how high it was). We thought maybe that’s just how small the potions are, but the tzatziki that came with the dish (assuming it was supposed to be the same size as the hummus) was enough for 4-5 people. The pita was like the pita you could buy at any Ralphs or Vons. We ordered a wrap and it was dripping with so much liquid (not sauce, but watery liquid) that it fell apart immediately when you picked it up. I’m bummed b/c the chicken and rice by themselves were really good, and we wanted to like this place given all the great reviews. Something maybe just went wrong for delivery…
Been here twice so far and both times I’ve been highly satisfied with the food. I’m talking food coma type satisfaction. The Filet Mignon plate as well as the Sirloin wrap I recommend for those who eat red meat. The Salmon wrap is also really good. I had a bite from a friends’ plate of their falafel; also really good. The one and only issue is the location. It’s a popular, busy area so parking can be an absolute nightmare. Aside from that, I give this place a solid 9.9/10. Took off .1 for parking
Stopped for a random lunch. I got the bbq chicken wrap with two sides, for the sides I got tzatziki and hummus with pita bread. The wrap was very good, I like the hummus and tzatziki also.
Meal was about $20, good value for LA.
Ate outside on a nice day with nice little picnic tables.
